ZAMBOANGA CITY — Government troops clashed Thursday with 80 heavily armed Abu Sayyaf, killing nine, as soldiers combed the jungle of Talipao town to neutralize bandit leaders Ghalib Andang alias Commander Robot and Mujib Susukan.
