Army intelligence agent executed in Cotabato

COTABATO CITY  Suspected Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) rebels executed a bemedalled Army intelligence agent in Kabacan, North Cota-bato the other night, in retaliation for his role in the govern-ment’s recent capture of MILF camps in the province.
Local homicide probers identified the slain Army man as Pfc. Dominador Aguilar, who was riding a motorcycle when the gunmen flagged him down along a dimly-lit road in Kabacan, disarmed him of his M-16 rifle concealed in a traveling bag, and shot him in the head with handguns.
Aguilar belonged to a covert unit of the Army’s 602nd Infantry Brigade.  John Unson
