MILF attack injures 6 cops

GENERAL SANTOS CITY Firing rocket-propelled grenades (RPGs) and machineguns, suspected Muslim separatists attacked a police detachment in General Santos City at dawn yesterday, leaving at least six policemen wounded.
Among those injured were PO1s Leonardo Agam, 30, Rudy Tajan, 24, Edmund Ontoy, 25, and PO2s Carlo Munar, 32, Abdul Nasser Sajid, 32, and Eduardo Maligden, all of the first provincial mobile company in Barangay Tambler, a village nine kilometers away from the city.
