21 binitbit sa ‘Warrant Day’ Operations ng QCPD
MANILA, Philippines — Binitnit ng Quezon City Police District (QCPD) sa pinaigting na “Warrant Day” operations ang nasa 21 wanted sa isinagawa ng iba’t ibang operating units at police stations nitong Sabado.
Ayon kay QCPD Director PBGen Randy Glenn Silvio, kabilang sa mga nadakip ang 13 Most Wanted Persons (MWPs) at 8 Other Wanted Persons (OWPs) na may kinahaharap na kaso tulad ng murder, rape, qualified rape, illegal recruitment, estafa, carnapping, theft, sexual assault, at paglabag sa mga espesyal na batas.
Ayon kay Silvio, patuloy na paiigtingin ng QCPD ang kampanya laban sa mga pugante upang matiyak ang kaligtasan at seguridad ng mamamayan sa Quezon City.
“I commend our operatives for the successful conduct of the Warrant Day Operations, which resulted in the arrest of 21 wanted persons in just a day. These accomplishments reflect the QCPD’s intensified campaign against fugitives and our commitment to enforce the law, serve warrants efficiently, and ensure the safety and security of the people of Quezon City,” dagdag pa ni Silvio.
