Maynilad, ginawaran ng SEC confirmation

MANILA, Philippines — Ginawaran ng Confirmation of Qualification for Blue Bond Issuance ng Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) ang Maynilad Water Services Incorporated.

Ito ay dahil sa ginawang pagsunod ng kumpanya sa Sustai­nable Finance Framework na requirements sa ASEAN Green Bond Standards.

Nag-aalok ang Maynilad ng ?12 billion fixed-rate Blue Bonds na may oversubscription option ng hanggang ?3 bilyon.

Nabatid na ito ang unang Blue Bond public offering sa Pilipinas.

Ang Maynilad’s Blue Bonds ay rated na PRS Aaa with a Stable Outlook by the Philippine Rating Services Corporation (“PhilRatings”).
