Alleged pedophile caught in Manila

MANILA, Philippines – A 38-year-old man was arrested in Sta. Mesa, Manila Monday afternoon after allegedly raping two boys.

The boys – a four-year-old and a grade one student – said Lucrecio Lerin, a resident of Road 4, V. Mapa Street gave them money after raping them and taking naked photos of them several days ago. 

Senior Police Officer 2 Rowena Espinosa-Albano said images of the children were found in Lerin’s mobile phone.

The suspect was charged with violation of the anti-pornography law and rape with the Manila prosecutor’s office.
