Non Alquitran - The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines – A policeman, responding to a call to pacify two siblings, was accused by a laundrywoman of going into her house and stealing her gadgets in Pasig City on Dec. 22, 2015.

Senior Police Officer 2 Martin Callagan, detailed at the Barangay Pineda police precinct, was ordered investigated by Eastern Police District director Chief Superintendent Elmer Jamias based on the complaint of Rosalinda Failangca, 48.  Callagan denied the allegation against him.

According to reports, Failangca’s partner, Felix Manlangit, was quarreling with his sister, Baby, at Failangca’s house in Barangay Pineda. Failangca called the precinct for help, but no one was at her house when Callagan and two others arrived.

Witnesses said Callagan went into Failangca’s house and left minutes later holding a plastic bag containing an ABS-CBN TV Plus set and two speakers.
