MANILA, Philippines - The body of a man, believed to be a victim of summary execution, was left in front of the National Museum in Manila before dawn yesterday.
The victim was found with his hands tied behind his back. He had been shot between the eyes, said Senior Police Officer 2 Charles John Duran.
A 16-year-old boy saw the body and reported it to the Intramuros police community precinct.
Duran said an informant told investigators that the victim was reportedly a snatcher who preyed on commuters.
