MANILA, Philippines - The newly constructed Congressional Avenue Extension bridge in Quezon City will be open to vehicular traffic starting today.
In a statement issued yesterday, Department of Public Works and Highways-National Capital Regional (DPWH-NCR) director Melvin Navarro said the 19.2-lineal meter bridge will open a month ahead of schedule.
Meanwhile, the DPWH will also repair two sections of EDSA in Quezon City starting tonight until 5 a.m on Monday. The two sections are from Aurora Boulevard to P. Tuazon street service road (first lane from sidewalk, southbound lane) and from New York to K-10 streets (second lane from sidewalk, northbound).
