Non Alquitran - The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines – National Capital Region Police Office chief Director Joel Pagdilao commended yesterday three Taguig policemen for the arrest of a Bulgarian man for cloning Automated Teller Machine (ATM) cards.

Pagdilao said Police Officers 1 Jojie Banggollay and Faith Joy Gawongna and Inspector Romel Bulan were responsible for the arrest of Simeon Tsennov Lafterski, 28.

Gawongna and Banggollay were patrolling at the Market! Market! mall in Taguig City when they noticed Lefterski repeatedly withdrawing cash from an ATM machine on Nov. 8.

When searched, the Bulgarian yielded 39 ATM cards, which were confirmed by officials of the Bank of the Philippine Island as cloned. Lefterski is being held at the Taguig police detention cell.
