MANILA, Philippines - Police have arrested five persons in a raid on two cybersex dens in the cities of Malabon and Navotas.

Nabbed were Dennis Munoz and Jerry Monge, both of Gov. A. Pascual street in Daang Hari, Navotas; Anthony Mendeja; Mar Anthony Gonzales, and Kien Vincent Arfan, all of Mallari street, Barangay Ibaba in Malabon.

Superintendent Jay Guillermo, spokesman for the Philippine National Police Anti-Cycbercrime Group, said the suspects were apprehended when police officers raided the cybersex dens on Oct. 8.

Guillermo said the suspects were caught using pre-recorded pornographic videos of girls to entice their clients to view porn websites.

He said the suspects were operating the cybersex dens around the clock, with two models per session.

The suspects were using www.streamray.com, www.xlove.com and www.cam4.com websites offering online pay-per-view porn shows, Guillermo said.

“These websites have different types of windows or accounts for transgenders, women and gays providing sexual exhibitions and online prostitution. Once the client clicks the window, it will be the start of the pay-per-view session,” he said.

Police said the cybersex den operators used MasterCard accounts to receive payment from their clients, mostly foreigners.

Guillermo said the payment system is integrated with mass payout services in more than 200 countries.

Charges of violation of the anti-cybercrime law have been filed against the suspects.
