Erap frowns on Kris as Quezon City mayor

MANILA, Philippines - Former President and now Manila Mayor Joseph Estrada raised his eyebrows at reports that Kris Aquino, the youngest sister of President Aquino, plans to run for mayor of Quezon City.

“She is a good actress, but she has no experience as an executive,” he said.

Estrada said he has nothing against Kris but noted that people who aspire to become mayor must have experience in local governance.
