6/58 lotto jackpot to breach P220 M

MANILA, Philippines - The jackpot of the 6/58 Ultra Lotto is expected to hit P223 million on Friday after nobody guessed the winning combination on Sunday, an official said yesterday.

Jose Ferdinand Rojas II, Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office general manager, said there was no winner of the six-digit winning combination 06-34-18-49-54-04 with the jackpot of P216,967,656.

Rojas said six bettors who guessed five of the winning numbers won P246,240 each.

The 6/58 Ultra Lotto game, which was launched this year, has a minimum jackpot of P50 million. It is drawn every Friday and Saturday.
