MANILA, Philippines - The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) started repairing a section of C5 Road in Pasig City last night.
The DPWH-National Capital Region office said the repair work began at 10 p.m. and will end at 5 a.m. on Monday.
The DPWH secured clearance from the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority to undertake concrete reblocking at the innermost northbound lane of C5 Road from the Petron gas station to Lanuza street.
The DPWH told motorists to brace themselves for traffic buildup along EDSA.
