Korean loses P4 M to robber

MANILA, Philippines - A 47-year-old Korean lost some P4 million in cash and valuables to a robber in Quezon City Tuesday night.

Go Min Kyung, operations manager in a travel agency, and residing in Barangay Sacred Heart, told police that she opened her house for a garage sale.

At around 11:30 p.m. a certain Mr. Kim, who posed as a customer, checked the furniture and other items Kyung was selling, case investigator PO3 Jaime de Jesus said.

 A few minutes after the man left, Kyung discovered that her bag containing 10 pairs of gold earrings, two gold necklaces, a bracelet and cash was missing.

The suspect was described as between 20 and 25 years old, 5’9” in height, with heavy build and wearing eyeglasses.
