Rob gang ‘hitman’ slain

MANILA, Philippines - An alleged hitman of a robbery gang was killed in a running gun battle with police officers in Bagong Silang, Caloocan City yesterday morning.

Ibrahim Menor – wanted for murder, illegal drugs, illegal possession of firearms, robbery, and car theft – had been at the top of the list of wanted persons of the National Capital Region Police Office’s joint intelligence task group.

He was an alleged henchman of Arthur Bandiola, who reportedly leads a robbery gang operating in northern Metro Manila and Bulacan. Bandiola remains at large.
