MANILA, Philippines - The jackpot of the 6/55 Grand Lotto is expected to reach P100 million for tonight’s draw after no one hit the six-digit winning combination during last Monday’s draw, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) announced yesterday.
The winning combination during Monday’s draw was 26-13-47-17-28-16, which had a jackpot of P100.8 million, PCSO acting chairman Jose Ferdinand Rojas II said.
While no one won the jackpot, at least 13 bettors won P108,210 each after they guessed five digits of the winning combination.
This is the second time this month that the lotto jackpot breached the P100-million mark.
Last week, a retired soldier from Nueva Ecija claimed the P160-million jackpot of the 6/49 Super Lotto’s Jan. 11 draw.
The 6/55 Grand Lotto online game is drawn every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday while the 6/49 Super Lotto is played every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday.
