Ramil Bajo, Rey Galupo - The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Two men robbed and tied up the crew and customers at a Kenny Roger’s restaurant branch at the intersection of Scout Albano street and Quezon Avenue in Quezon City yesterday morning.

One of the robbers entered the restaurant when it opened at around 7 a.m., followed by the second robber a few minutes later, according to initial reports.

As the customers started to come in, the two men tied up the security, the crew and the customers.

Police officers said at least three customers – Rodolfo, Joshua Emmanuel and Ma. Theresa Gallardo – lost their valuables, including a Rolex watch, several mobile phones and cash amounting to P200,000 to the robbers.

The robbers also took P117,000 from the cashier and the security guard’s service pistol before fleeing.
