Cop nabbed in drug bust

MANILA, Philippines - A policeman and his companion were arrested for allegedly delivering drugs in Fairview before dawn yesterday.
Police Officer 1 Brazil Mujawarin, 30, of the Rodriguez, Rizal police, was apprehended along with Bonifacio Mundalo, 21, outside a convenience store while carrying two plastic sachets said to contain shabu, said Senior Superintendent Joel Pagdilao, director of the Quezon City Police District.
Their arrest was based on a tip from two previously arrested suspects, who identified Mujawarin and Mundalo said their alleged suppliers, police said.
