PNP to buy P918-M patrol jeeps

MANILA, Philippines – The Philippine National Police (PNP) will acquire over a thousand patrol jeeps for P918.9 million before the year ends.

Documents from the PNP Bids and Awards Committee show the police force will buy 1,021 units of single cab patrol jeeps.

The funding for the project will be sourced from the General Appropriations Act of 2014.

The pre-bid conference will be held tomorrow at Camp Crame. The opening of bids is on Nov. 18.
