Lotto prize seen to reach P275 M

MANILA, Philippines – The jackpot for the 6/55 Grand Lotto is expected to hit the P275-million mark for tonight’s draw after no one won in last Monday’s draw, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) announced yesterday.

The winning combination during the previous draw was 33-29-25-38-06-11, which had a prize of P259 million, acting PCSO chairman Jose Ferdinand Rojas II said.

At least 57 players won P64,730 each after they guessed five digits of the winning combination, he added.

Rojas also announced that the jackpot for the 6/45 Mega Lotto game, which will also be drawn tonight, has reached P60 million.

The 6/55 Grand Lotto is drawn every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday while the 6/45 Mega Lotto is drawn every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
