Boy found floating in Manila Bay

MANILA, Philippines - A worker at a construction site near the Harbour Square Center at the Cultural Center of the Philippines complex found the body of an unidentified boy floating in Manila Bay yesterday morning.

Ernesto Eslemando told police he saw what he thought was a mannequin floating near the seawall at around 6 a.m. while he was having coffee.

Police Officer 3 Michael Marragun of the Manila Police District’s homicide section said the boy was between six and eight years old and clad in an undershirt and yellow shorts.
