Man arrested for trashing CCTV cameras in Pasig

MANILA, Philippines - A man was arrested Wednesday for reportedly destroying at least 10 closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras in Pasig City.

Alfie Glenn Balila was apprehended after he was seen by Barangay Bambang village watchman Wilfredo Laude using a piece of wood to hit the CCTV camera, which recorded Balila’s approach.

Laude said Balila reportedly destroyed nine other CCTV cameras in the vicinity because barangay officials failed to act on his complaint regarding his missing bicycle.
