Manila’s 2nd most wanted falls in QC

MANILA, Philippines - Police have arrested Manila’s second most wanted person in Quezon City. 

Emiliano Calisa, alias “Longhair,” of Baseco Compound, Port Area, Manila, is facing murder and frustrated murder cases before a court in Quezon City court.

Calisa’s arrest was made by virtue of a warrant issued by Judge Bernelito Fernandez of the Quezon City Regional Trial Court Branch 97, said Quezon City Police District (QCPD) director Chief Superintendent Richard Albano.

The suspect was detained at Camp Karingal.

Albano said Calisa was charged in October 2011 along with his co-accused Reynaldo Canciller, who had been arrested by QCPD operatives last March.

 Canciller was tagged as the eighth most wanted person in Palo, Leyte.
