Tricycle driver dies in motel tryst

MANILA, Philippines - A 45-year-old tricycle driver died reportedly of a heart attack while he was having sex with his partner in a motel in Marikina City Sunday.

The man was declared dead on arrival at the Amang Rodriguez Memorial Medical Center, police said.

He and his 41-year-old girlfriend checked into a motel in Barangay San Roque at around 10 p.m., said Marikina police chief Senior Superintendent Vincent Calanoga.

The woman said she sought the help of the motel employees when the victim appeared to have suffered a heart attack.

She told police investigators that her partner bought two bottles of energy drink before they entered the motel.

The man’s relatives said that he has diabetes.
