MANILA, Philippines - A relative of a councilor in Manila died while another was wounded in a shooting spree in Tondo, Manila on Tuesday night.
Jayypee Polonan, 28-year-old relative of Councilor Ernesto Dionisio, was rushed to Jose Reyes Memorial Medical Center, where physicians declared him dead on arrival.
His neighbor, Leonardo Daculinao, is recuperating in the same hospital.
