Body dumped at PAWB

MANILA, Philippines - The body of a man believed to have been summarily executed was dumped in front of the Protected Areas Wildlife Bureau building in Quezon City on Friday night.

Police said the body of the still unidentified man  was stashed inside a black garbage bag when found by a scavenger along Quezon Avenue in Barangay Bagong Pagasa at past 11 p.m.

Police Officer 2 Rhic Roldan Pittong said the victim was naked. He was estimated to be between 35 and 40 years old and was about 5’6” tall.

Pittong said the man bore several puncture wounds in the chest and strangulation marks on his neck.
