Summary execution victim found in Malabon cemetery

MANILA, Philippines - A man believed to be a victim of summary execution was found in the Malabon Municipal Cemetery Saturday morning.

Scavenger Sunshine Arnejo told police he found the body of a man wrapped in packaging tape.

Police officers said the victim, whose hands were tied behind his back, was clad in a blouse with “spaghetti” straps. The man bore signs of torture, several stab wounds in the body and a gunshot wound in the head.
