Dialysis center to rise in Manila

MANILA, Philippines - Manila Mayor Joseph Estrada said yesterday that a new dialysis center will soon rise in the city to cater to the growing number of indigents afflicted with kidney disease.
Estrada said the center will be put up at the San Andres Hospital, which is being renovated.
“The dialysis center will serve Manila residents for free. They will just have to present their orange cards,†he said.
