Man hangs self

MANILA, Philippines - A 41-year-old man committed suicide in Caloocan City on Friday night apparently due to his failure to support his partner, who is set to give birth next month.
Noli Mangalallan was found hanging by his partner, Sheila May dela Cruz, inside their house on Rose street, Barangay Baesa at 7 p.m.
An electric wire was looped around his neck, said Police Officer 3 Rommel Bautista.
Police said the victim attempted to end his life twice last year because of his inability to support his family.
