Fetus found in Navotas

MANILA, Philippines - A fetus wrapped in a plastic bag was found in Barangay San Jose, Navotas City on Friday.
A resident in the area said he was cleaning along Santillan street when he discovered the fetus, Senior Superintendent Conrado Gongon said in a report to the Northern Police District.
The discovery was immediately reported to barangay officials, who confirmed that a fetus around five to six months old was left in the area.
