MANILA, Philippines - After discovering how unscrupulous individuals have been faking its documents to harass people, the Office of the Ombudsman said yesterday that all of its official action documents will now have tamper-resistant security stickers.
The anti-graft body said it has been using the stickers for decisions, resolutions and directives, including preventive suspension orders, since Jan. 2.
