MANILA, Philippines - A 17-year-old boy was arrested for throwing a pillbox near the San Roque Cathedral in Caloocan City at the height of the dawn mass yesterday.
Three other boys, aged 15 to 17, were arrested a few minutes later for creating trouble in the same area.
Senior Inspector Enrique Torres said no one was hurt when the pillbox exploded, but the blast damaged property.
The four boys were turned over to the city government’s social welfare office, Torres said.
