MANILA, Philippines - A man was killed while his companion was wounded when motorcycle-riding men shot at them in Quezon City Tuesday night.
Ruben Constantino, 47, and Eduardo Mallari, 50, were talking in front of Constantino’s house in Barangay Pasong Tamo when they were attacked at around 11:30 p.m., Police Officer 2 Julius Raz said.
Constantino was declared dead on arrival at the East Avenue Medical Center while Mallari is confined at the same hospital for gunshot wounds in the back.
Raz said the gunmen sped away after the shooting.
