3 men found dead in van

MANILA, Philippines - The bodies of three unidentified men were found in a truck in Taguig City Friday morning, a police official said yesterday.

The victims were found by Christopher Navarro, whose father owns the truck (XCP-760), which was parked in the Bagumbayan compound along Sta. Maria Drive, said Southern Police District director Chief Superintendent Jose Erwin Villacorte.

Police officers said the victims’ had been shot and stabbed repeatedly and their hands and feet were bound. They are still investigating if the victims were killed in the truck’s shipping container or somewhere else.
