Cabbie sues Mark Herras over traffic row

MANILA, Philippines - A taxi driver filed charges Monday against actor Mark Herras and his four companions over a supposed traffic altercation in Quezon City last month.

In a three-page complaint filed before the Quezon City prosecutor’s office, Salvador Ogdiman, 42, accused Herras and his companions of attacking him after their vehicles nearly collided at the corner of Scout Torillo and Scout Rallos streets at around 5 p.m. on Oct. 26.

Ogdiman also said three of the actor’s companions took turns punching him. He said the respondents, including Herras, cursed at him during the altercation.

Herras earlier said he is ready to face any complaint filed against him by Ogdiman, whom he said almost caused the collision.
