2 bodies dumped in QC

MANILA, Philippines - The bodies of two men, believed to have been victims of summary execution, were found in garbage bags in Quezon City at past midnight yesterday.

Police Officer 3 Erickson Isidro said they have yet to identify the two men whose bodies were found at around 12:45 a.m. along the Aurora Boulevard flyover at the corner of E. Rodriguez Avenue, Barangay Immaculate Conception.

Isidro said a scavenger discovered the two naked bodies inside two trash bags. He said both men had ligature marks on the neck and multiple puncture wounds in their chest and back.

He said the two men had their arms wrapped around their knees and their hands and feet tied with packaging tape.

Isidro said the first one was in his early 30s, while the other was in his 20s.
