MANILA, Philippines - A man threw a black plastic bag suspected to contain a bomb at the roof of a passenger bus along EDSA in Pasay City yesterday afternoon, causing heavy traffic in the area.
The Bataan bus with license plate TXT-262 was passing EDSA-F.B. Harrison at 5 p.m. when the man hurled the bag.
Bus driver Domingo Balloro stopped the vehicle and asked the passengers to get out of the bus.
