MANILA, Philippines - A box that contained the body of an unidentified man was found in Sampaloc, Manila yesterday.

Ten persons were caught by a surveillance camera leaving the box behind, according to Senior Police Officer 3 Richard Lingcong.

The body was discovered by barangay watchmen at past 3 a.m. Lingcong said the man had an eagle tattoo on his back, was approximately 45 years old, 5’1” tall and of medium build.

The victim’s head was wrapped with packaging tape, he said. Investigators found three stab wounds, believed to have been inflicted with an ice pick, in his chest and waist.
