Ramil Bajo, Rey Galupo - The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - Two teenagers were arrested in Malabon City Wednesday night for allegedly selling a stolen cell phone to its owner.

Jonathan Tolentino, 18, and his 16-year-old companion approached cell phone dealer Salamia Macasalong while she was walking along Manapat street at around 10 p.m. and asked if she was interested in buying an iPhone 4S.

Macasalong told police she recognized the cell phone as among those stolen from her shop on F. Sevilla Boulevard on Sept. 30.

She said she asked them to wait while she got her money, then returned with police officers in tow.
