‘Cop,’ 2 others arrested in Taguig

MANILA, Philippines - Three suspected robbers, including one who was wearing a police uniform, were arrested in Taguig City Wednesday night.

Antonio Butuan, 21; Leo Fegueras, 35; and Richmond Abella, 26, were apprehended by a police patrol team along Camachili street in Barangay Katuparan at around 4 a.m. while they were riding a motorcycle without license plates, according to a police report.

Fegueras was wearing a police athletic t-shirt and a police cap when they were stopped by the patrol team. The police officers confiscated a 9mm pistol, a police badge, a grenade and two knives from the suspects.
