4 nabbed for selling P1.8-M shabu

MANILA, Philippines - Four persons, including a 17-year-old girl, were arrested for allegedly selling 300 grams of shabu to undercover police officers in Caloocan City Monday night.

Carlo Albert Serrano, 27; Edwin Ramos, 49; Michael Reyes, 21; and the girl, all residents of Bulacan, were charged with violating Republic Act 9165 following their arrest at the parking area of a supermarket in Monumento by members of the Anti-Illegal Drugs Special Operations Task Force and the Northern Police District.

The police officers recovered three packs of shabu, which have a street value of P1.8 million, in a Toyota Fortuner.
