Maker of fake NAIA pass nabbed

MANILA, Philippines - A man was arrested in his computer shop in Aeroville, Pasay City yesterday for manufacturing fake Ninoy Aquino International Airport passes.

Wilbert Guerra, 37, was apprehended while he was in the act of printing out a fake pass upon the orders of an undercover National Bureau of Investigation agent.
