Man hangs self after wife refused him sex

MANILA, Philippines - A man hanged himself after his wife allegedly refused to have sex with him in Quezon City on Friday afternoon.

Police identified the suicide as Mar Moran who was found lifeless by his wife inside the toilet of their house in North Fairview at around 2 p.m.

A leather belt was looped around his neck, according to SPO1 Cristituto Zaldarriaga.

Zaldarriaga said Moran was rushed to the Far Eastern University (FEU) Hospital where he died at past 11 p.m. 

Investigation showed that the couple was having fun in a pillow fight in their room, but it ended in an argument. After they eventually reconciled, he asked his wife to have sex with him, but the woman allegedly refused.

 Later in the day, the woman was shocked when she found her husband hanging in the comfort room.

The victim’s family told police he was a sensitive person and even attempted to commit suicide twice in the past.
