Skeletons found in septic tank

Perseus Echeminada - The Philippine Star

MANILA, Philippines - The skeletal remains of at least three people were found in a septic tank of an abandoned house in Multinational Village, Parañaque City yesterday.

City police chief Senior Superintendent Andrei Felix told The STAR that as of press time, two bodies have been retrieved from the septic tank of the house at the corner of Tel Aviv street and Multinational Avenue by National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) personnel and Parañaque police officers.

The bodies were brought to the NBI for autopsy.

The house, reportedly a former shabu laboratory, “has been cordoned off for security reasons,” he said.

Felix said they are reviewing records of missing persons to see if they match any of the bodies retrieved from the septic tank.
