Las Piñas offers scholarships

MANILA, Philippines -  The Las Piñas City government is offering scholarships to high school graduates for this schoolyear, Mayor Vergel Aguilar said yesterday.

The Dr. Filemon C. Aguilar Information Technology Training Institute is accepting applications for 2,000 scholarship slots while another 500 slots for four-year business courses are open at the Dr. Filemon C. Aguilar Memorial College, he said.
