Expect rain showers today – Pagasa

MANILA, Philippines - Expect isolated rain showers in Metro Manila this afternoon, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) warned the public yesterday.

Forecaster Glaiza Escolar said that according to the 5 a.m. weather outlook released yesterday, there would be isolated rain showers that would last no longer than an hour in a particular place.

“For those who are going out of their houses in the afternoon, it is suggested that you bring an umbrella to avoid getting sick. Usually the changes in the weather, from hot to rainy, might affect a person’s health,” Escolar said.
