MANILA, Philippines - The 4th Philippine International Pyromusical competition started last night at the Mall of Asia (MOA) in Pasay City.
Eleven of the world renowned pyrotechnic artists will compete in the never before seen firework exhibition every Saturday until March 23.
Organizers of the event said spectators will witness breath-taking display of explosive colors and electrifying music.
Last year Canada topped the competition while Australia and Finland were second and third placers, respectively.
Japan and Finland dazzled Manila Bay with their fireworks last night. Taiwan and Spain will perform on Feb. 23; United Kingdom and South Korea, (March 2); Italy and Netherlands (March 9); China and Australia (March 16); and Canada on March 23.
As the host country, Philippines will showcase a phenomenal pyromusical performance to be executed by Platinum Fireworks Inc.
