Rob suspect nabbed in Pasay

MANILA, Philippines -  A man was arrested for allegedly robbing a woman at knifepoint in Maricaban, Pasay City yesterday.

Victim Elena Jara told police she was on Francis street at nearly 4 a.m. when Arjay Magtibay allegedly approached her from behind, took her handbag at knifepoint and ran. Her handbag contained P1,000, she said.

Magtibay was arrested in a follow-up operation by police officers and barangay officials.
