Woman slain on her birthday

MANILA, Philippines - A woman, who turned 24 years old yesterday, was shot dead by an unidentified gunman in Pasig City.

The killing of Renzi Rae Navarro, of Interior street, Qurino Avenue, Barangay San Dionisio in Parañaque City, could be related to illegal drug trade, according to police. Navarro died of five gunshot wounds at the Rizal Medical Center.
